Welcome to “My Training” page. The purpose of this page is to show you the training I’m doing on a weekly basis. The Training Structure outlined on this website is something I personally follow and wanting to set a good example, I’ll show you what I’m doing on a weekly basis. A quick note, I started this log when I was at the end of my Stage 2 training and about to start Stage 3 (of 4). The Stage 1 training is all easy runs and a time for recovery after a hard 24+ weeks of training and racing. Once I’ve completed all the races I have planned, you’ll be able to see some Stage 1 training and all of Stage 2.
